My rubber process technology experience was gained from spending years on productions lines and in the lab developing rubber compounds and then turning them into finished products. I transmit that knowledge to your Technical, Production, Quality and Sales staff by working with them hand in hand. If appropriate I will meet with your customers to aid your sales and technical groups.
